Delete your Spana account
Request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data.
How account deletion works
- Submit the form below using the phone number or email associated with your Spana account.
- Spana will contact you to verify that you own the account.
- After verification, we will delete or anonymize the account and personal data that is not required to be retained.
What will be deleted: account profile information and personal data associated with your account, including saved vehicle, booking, and service information where it is not legally required to be retained.
Data that may be retained: limited transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, legal, regulatory, or dispute-resolution records may be retained for the period required by applicable law. Retained records will not be used to keep your account active.
Deletion is permanent. You may lose access to your vehicle history, bookings, quotations, service records, and other account information.
